We are a family run business with over 35 years experience in the field, in that time have we have carried out work for many privately owned properties, estate agents, clubs, shops and offices.
At 1st Damp Line we carry out all non-destructive surveys and reports free of charge and without obligation. All our surveyors are experienced remedial specialist and RTS approved remedial specialists.
With our experience in the trade we offer guarantees with all treatments, these range from 10 years for tanking to 30 years for rising damp. Also we are Sovereign contractors which allows us to offer Sovereign protection scheme Guarantees for a small fee, Sovereign is the market leader in the field of chemical damp proof coursing, façade treatment and remedial timber treatment.
